….The level of service we received was more than I could’ve dreamed.  We were impressed from the taste, display of food, and professionalism.  The interaction with my guests was something I will always remember and how attentive he was toward each guest. There is still talk today about how this was so well planned, presented, and the delicious food GGC prepared and served.
